They came together with the goal of bringing all of Journey’s music to the hundreds of thousands of Journey fans across the country. What Evolution says about the Lafayette Art & Wine Festival

"The Lafayette Art and Wine Festival is always one of our favorite events. It is a reunion of sorts for all of us as we have many, many family and friends that await this performance so that they can enjoy some awesome music and a great Festival. The event itself is awesome.

Evolution is always honored and we feel privileged to perform at this venue. Can't wait to see you all !!"

~ John Siino/ Evolution Lead Vocals

Jay's Band Notes about Evolution

The music of Journey is so Americana and its roots are from right here in the Bay Area!

I don’t think Steve Perry will be with Evolution (the Ultimate Tribute to Journey) for our festival, but John Siino, Evolution’s lead vocalist and front man is back with the group after a 14 month hiatus!

We first had Evolution at the Lafayette Art & Wine Festival in 2006. We put them on at 11:00am on Sunday morning. A slight miscalculation on our part! But everyone that was up that early got a real treat. Evolution has been noticeably absent from our line up since 2009. But hey, it’s our 20th anniversary and we are pulling out all the stops. See what happens when you “Don’t Stop Believin”.
