Visitor's Guide to the Festival
With so many things to do, you'll want to plan your day accordingly!
Admission & Parking: FREE to attend. FREE parking at BART lot. FREE shuttle to the festival.
Art: Over 200 arts, crafts, and fine art booths including the Local Arts Alley in La Fiesta Square.
Food: Over 30 food vendors and downtown restaurants are in the festival footprint.
Drink Wine and beer glasses and drink tickets are sold throughout the festival. Look for ticket booths. Combination packages available with big discounts. Only 2024 glasses and tickets are accepted. You MUST BE 21 years of age to purchase glasses, drink tickets and be served! Don't forget your ID! Alcoholic beverages purchased at downtown restaurants must be consumed at the restaurant.
Music: FREE! Bands play non-stop on three stages plus the Community Stage. View music schedule

Take BART... and you're here!
Take BART to the Lafayette Station – the Festival is just one block from the South Exit. Follow the path (and the signs!)
There will be normal BART weekend service for both days of the Lafayette Art & Wine Festival, Sept. 21 & 22! No scheduled maintenance, no bus bridge!! Use the trip planner at https://www.bart.gov/planner to plan your route!
FREE continuous shuttle service runs between BART and the Festival entrance at Mt. Diablo Blvd. & Oak Hill Rd. starting at 9:30am and running until 30 minutes after the Festival ends (7:30pm on Saturday and 6:30pm on Sunday). We will also have Lamorinda Spirit Van continuous shuttle service which has wheelchair accessibility from 10am to 7:30pm on Saturday and 10am to 6:30pm on Sunday.
Traveling By Car - Where to Park
From Highway 24 eastbound take the Oak Hill Rd./Central Lafayette exit. Turn left then right to park in the eastern BART parking lot. Follow Festival signs. Look for the free shuttle pickup tent.
From Highway 24 westbound take the Central Lafayette exit and turn left. Turn left again into the eastern BART parking lot. Look for the free shuttle pickup tent.
Parking is free at the western BART parking lot. Catch the free shuttle to the Festival entrance!

Free Shuttle Service
Take the free continuous shuttle service between BART station, BART parking lot and the Festival entrance (Mt. Diablo Blvd. & Oak Hill Rd.)
Schedule: Shuttles run Saturday, 9:30am to 7:30pm and Sunday, 9:30am. to 6:30pm.
We will also have the Lamorinda Spirit Van offering continuous shuttle service with wheelchair accessibility from 10am to 7:30pm on Saturday and 10am to 6:30pm on Sunday.

Ride Your Bike to the Festival - Free Bike Valet
From the East and West use Mt. Diablo Blvd. Follow Festival signs.
From Walnut Creek or Moraga use the Lafayette-Moraga Trail. Follow Festival signs.
FREE Secured bike valet available at 81 Lafayette Circle in the Lamorinda Music parking lot.

Critical Services
FIRST AID, POLICE and FIRE are located at the Main Ticket booth, corner of Mt. Diablo Blvd. and Oak Hill Road.
TOILETS are located in five different areas of the festival: (1) Behind the Bank of the West Stage, (2) South Thompson near BevMo, (3) Behind The RoundUp Saloon corner of Mt. Diablo & Lafayette Circle, (4) Near Fiesta Stage and (5) near the Lafayette Chamber, 251 Lafayette Circle.
LOST AND FOUND is located at the Lafayette Chamber office, 251 Lafayette Circle, Ste 150. We can be reached by phone at (925) 284-7404.
WATER STATIONS are located 1) near the Bank of the West Stage, 2) at the Main Ticket Booth near Starbucks, 3) near the Fiesta Stage and 4) a Nursing and Water Station will located at the Lafayette United Methodist Church, 955 Moraga Road (you can also enter through the Kid Zone between Tutu's and Kimberley Harrison Interiors.)
Should I bring my dog?
Dogs must be leashed and in control at all times. Be sure to bring water!
Dogs are happiest and safest before 1p.m., while sidewalks are cooler and less crowded. Dog cooling station is located at 30 Lafayette Circle.
Taking your dog to summer festivals can be fun, but be sure you're prepared before you go. Please consider these tips before bringing your dog to the festival.
